Our current production time is an estimated 1-5 business days (Mon-Friday) after your order has been placed. Once an order finishes production it is shipped via UPS/USPS and typically takes a few business days to get to your door.

We do not have a minimum order quantity. First time orders require a $50 artwork setup fee. This is a one-time fee that is not paid again on future orders with the same logo.

Before we start stitching, we’ll provide you with digital renderings for your feedback and approval.

To ensure top-notch quality, we test stitch every design internally before proceeding with production. Each product must meet our high-quality standards before it leaves our facility.

The products listed on our ordering page are the options we offer. If you have a bulk order 48+ products and are looking for something that is not offered on our website we may be able to secure the blanks to do the order for you. Please reach out to support@octocustom.com.
